Hello. I’m trying to import all of my photos and videos from my iPhone 6S (iOS 11.2.6) to my Macbook (OS X Yosemite, Version 10.10.5) so that I can create more space on my phone, and I can’t seem to make this work. I pay monthly for extra iCloud storage. On both devices, I have enabled iCloud Photo Library, so I thought they should automatically sync up (e.g., when I open the Photos app on the Mac, everything should be there), but they do not. I have also tried plugging in the iPhone with the USB and giving permission to trust the Mac. When I open the Photos app and go to the Import tab, it either says No Photos or only shows the photos I took today (if I try to upload those, it tells me it can’t because they are not compatible). I have been spending hours on this today. If you have any ideas, please help. Thank you!
